Electronic Arts together with game developer Crytek of ‘Far Cry’ fame, have announced that the much-awaited PC game Crysis will be arriving in North American and European stores on November 16 this year.
You can expect Crysis to feature amazing DirectX 10 and DirectX 9 visuals as well as smart gameplay. The PC game also promises an epic story.
In fact, at the recent E3 convention, Crysis was named the most anticipated first person shooter PC games of 2007, and even bagged itself an award for the Best PC game in the Game Critics Awards: Best of E3 2007.
According to Cevat Yerli, CEO and President of Crytek, “Crytek is constantly striving to push the boundaries of both game design and technology, while maintaining quality at the highest bar.”
In fact, the PC game Crysis offers players a revolutionary Nanosuit and a host of fully customizable weapons. Plus, they can expect a wide range of options not only in the game’s entire approach, but also in every single objective and individual encounter.
Crysis will see players go head-to-head against a menacing and highly intelligent alien threat in the midst of dynamic and hostile battlefields that range from lush, tropical jungles, frozen landscapes to a horrifying zero gravity environment.
Moreover, Crysis offers a multiplayer mode with the introduction of POwerStruggle, which is a team-based strategic mode for up to 32 players. Here, opposing sides battle for control over advanced weaponary and vehicles to fight their enemies.
And, for those who love a pulse-pounding deathmatch, Crysis also features an Instant Action mode, using the highly adaptive Nanosuit.
